Salted Caramel Fudge Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar for sweetness

1/2 cup packed brown sugar for depth

1/2 cup unsalted butter for creaminess

1/2 cup heavy cream for richness

1 teaspoon sea salt, plus extra for topping

1 cup white chocolate chips for a velvety texture

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract for aroma

1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk for smoothness

Instructions:

Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

In a saucepan, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, heavy cream, and sea salt. Heat over medium, stirring until sugars dissolve.

Simmer gently (avoid boiling) for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
