Ingredients:
1 can of refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
1/4 cup of blueberry jam
1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
Powered sugar (optional to dust)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Take each biscuit and flatten it with your hands or a rolling pin.
3. Spoon a small amount of blueberry jam onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
4. Add 2-3 fresh blueberries on top of the jam.
5. Carefully fold the biscuit in half, pressing the edges together to seal.
6. Dip each bomb into the melted butter and place onto a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
