Spiced Apple Cider Donut Loaf with a Cinnamon Sugar Crust

Directions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add apple cider and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cinnamon Sugar Crust: While the loaf is baking, mix the cinnamon and sugar for the crust. Once the loaf is baked and slightly cooled, brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
