Things needed:

20 grams of chopped pumpkin seeds
Chop or grate one apple.
Excessive salt
Chopped coriander, to taste
3/4 cup of oats
10 grams of baking soda
Extra pumpkin seeds, can be used as a topping
For use as a cooking oil, vegetable oil
