Boil the milk
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
Beat the sugar, flour, 3 egg yolks + 2 whole eggs.
Mix with the hot milk and return to the heat until close to boiling.
Then add the butter (off the heat).
Separate the cream into 2 equal parts. In one add the melted chocolate, in the other the sachet of vanilla sugar.
Pour the creams together into a large salad bowl or small ramekins as in my photo. Eat fresh
