Italian Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until softened.
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
While the sloppy joe mixture simmers, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the hoagie rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush this mixture over the rolls, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake the rolls for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once the garlic bread is ready, spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the cheesy rolls.
