Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheet.
Separate biscuit dough and flatten each into a disc.
Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each disc.
Wrap dough around cheese, sealing edges.
Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
Brush each biscuit with butter mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
