Doughnut Croissants: You Can’t Stop at Just One!

250 g / 1.7 cups of flour
cooking oil
sugar
Preparation
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add flour and let rise for 10 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
Roll the cake. Cut the doughnuts. Let rise.
Fry in plenty of oil. Sprinkle the finished doughnuts with sugar.
