1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
