1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup bourbon
