These babies smelled amazing once they came out of the oven. Everyone grabbed a piece, we stuffed ourselves before dinner

Cheesy Jalapeño Shortbread

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

2-3 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat if desired)

1 teaspoon salt
