Semolina cake (basboussa) with lemon

Ingredients
The glass of semolina will serve as a measure (mine is 200 ml)
For the syrup
6 glasses of water
1 case of lemon juice
3 glasses of sugar
1/4 glass of orange blossom water
For the cake
6 glasses of medium semolina (the fox for me)
3 glasses of fine sugar
1 glass of yogurt (Greek yogurt for me)
1 glass of almond powder
1 pinch of salt
1 glass of oil
1/2 glass of orange blossom water
Finishing touch: almonds
Preparation
the cooking of the qalb louz is different according to the ovens (for a gas oven, cook your cake by lighting the bottom oven at the beginning and then lighting the top) (for an electric oven, ventilated cooking at 180°C).
