Moist pan-fried buns

Ingredients
235 mL (1 cup) milk
245 ml (1 cup) water
1 teaspoon of sugar
10g dry yeast
1.5 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
620 g (5 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 clove of garlic
50 g (1/4 cup) butter
parsley
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
